COORDINATION OF SERVICES AND RESPONSE TIME. The Contractor shall adhere to the response times as outlined below. A. Preventative Maintenance 1) Contractors shall adhere to County’s Preventative Maintenance schedule. No changes shall be allowed without prior authorization by the County in writing. Should the Contractor need to deviate from the schedules, a written request shall be submitted to the County Representative at least five (5) business days prior to scheduled service date. 2) The Contractor shall contact the County Representative(s) a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the planned start date of any work to confirm schedule. 3) Preventative Maintenance shall be performed during standard working hours. There is no overtime for PM services performed outside of standard working hours.
