Coordination with other Leave Policies. The period of time attributable to the team member's absence due to any disability or sick leave will be counted against available leave under this policy to the extent permitted by law. In the event that additional family, medical or sick leave is available pursuant to federal or state laws, this leave will also run concurrently with NJ SAFE Act leave to the extent permitted by law. You will be provided with detailed information from The Hartford or Human Resources.
