Common use of Coordination with Receiving Transporters Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Receiving Transporters. The Parties recognize that Gatherer must coordinate its actions with those of the Downstream Facilities. Accordingly, upon 30 Days written Notice to Shipper, Gatherer may modify provisions of this Agreement to implement standards promulgated by NAESB and adopted by any Downstream Facility as it relates to the Gathering System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Downstream Facilities, and Shipper agrees to execute such amendment(s) to this Agreement proposed by Gatherer in good faith that reflect such modifications.

Accordingly, upon 30 Days written Notice to Shipper, Gatherer may modify provisions of this Agreement the Operating Terms to implement standards promulgated by NAESB the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and adopted by any Downstream Facility as it relates to the Gathering System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement the Operating Terms with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Downstream Facilities, and Shipper agrees to execute such amendment(s) to this Agreement the Operating Terms proposed by Gatherer in good faith that reflect such modifications.
