Common use of Coordination with Receiving Transporters Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Receiving Transporters. The Parties recognize that Gatherer must coordinate its actions with those of the Receiving Transporters. Accordingly, upon 30 Days Notice to Producers, Gatherer may modify provisions of this Agreement to implement standards promulgated by the National Association of Energy Standards Board adopted by any Receiving Transporter as it relates to a Springridge Gathering System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Receiving Transporters.
