Coordination with the CBA. If this Amendment conflicts in any respect with the CBA, the Parties intend this Amendment to control. The Board retains any management rights not expressly limited by the provisions of this Amendment. The Parties retain all legal rights not expressly limited by the provisions of this Agreement.
