Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or the Rules and Regulations, Sales Licensee may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
a. Make any copies of the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the MLS Database;
b. Create any derivative works, enhancements, or other modifications of the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database;
c. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database, to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database; or
d. Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the Rules and Regulations, Participant may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
a. Make any copies of the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the MLS Database;
b. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database, to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database; or
c. Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the Rules and Regulations, Participant may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
a. Make any copies of the IMLS Database, or any portion of the IMLS Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the IMLS Database;
b. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the IMLS Database, or any portion of the IMLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the IMLS Database, to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the IMLS Database, or any portion of the IMLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the IMLS Database; or
c. Publicly display the IMLS Database, or any portion of the IMLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the IMLS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, the Bylaws or Rules and Regulations, Participant may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
A. Make any copies of the NM MLS Database, or any portion of the NM MLS Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the NM MLS Database;
B. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the NM MLS Database, or any portion of the NM MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the NM MLS Database, to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the NM MLS Database, or any portion of the NM MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the NM MLS Database; or
C. Publicly display the NM MLS Database, or any portion of the NM MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the NM MLS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the MLS Rules and Regulations, Data Recipient may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
(a) Make any copies of the Data, or any portion of the Data;
(b) Download, distribute, export, or transmit the Data, or any portion of the Data to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the Data, or any portion of the Data; or
(c) Publicly display the Data, or any portion of the Data, unless in connection with the RETS Applications.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the Rules and Regulations, Participant may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following: Make any copies of the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the MLS Database; Create any derivative works, enhancements, or other modifications of the MLS Database; Download, distribute, export, or transmit the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database, to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database; or Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the MLS Rules and Regulations, Data Recipient may not do any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assisting any other person to do, or otherwise contributing, in any way, to any of the following:
(a) Making any copies of the RETS Data, or any portion of the RETS Data;
(b) Downloading, distributing, exporting, or transmitting the RETS Data, or any portion of the RETS Data to any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmitting electronically, or otherwise, the RETS Data, or any portion of the RETS Data; or
(c) Publicly displaying the RETS Data, or any portion of the RETS Data, unless in connection with the RETS Applications.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement 2 or the Rules and Regulations, Sales Licensee may not do any of the following, either directly or 3 indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or otherwise contribute in any way to any of the 4 following:
6 a. Make any copies of the MIS Database, or any portion of the MIS Database, 7 including any specific Listing Content included in the MIS Database;
9 b. Create any derivative works, enhancements, or other modifications of the MIS 10 Database, or any portion of the MIS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MIS 11 Database;
13 c. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the MIS Database, or any portion of the 14 MIS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MIS Database, to any computer or other 15 electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the MIS Database, or any portion of 16 the MIS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MIS Database; or
18 d. Publicly display the MIS Database, or any portion of the MIS Database, 19 including any Listing Content included in the MIS Database.
Copies and Derivative Works. Subject to the other provisions of this Content License Agreement, you may: • make derivative works based on the Content by editing, revising or adding to the Content or portions thereof; and When making a revision or derivative work, you may not add any content or revisions that could be construed as making recommendations regarding any financial instrument or investment opportunity. You may not do anything to state, suggest or imply that you or any revised version or derivative work based on the Content that you make or distribute is in any way affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by NEFE. You may not modify any logos or trademarks of NEFE that may appear on the original Content and you may not add any logos, trademarks, company or personal names or other third party identifiers to the Content or any derivative work based on the Content.
Copies and Derivative Works. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this 14 Agreement, a separate license agreement, or the Rules and Regulations, Participant may not do 15 any of the following, either directly or indirectly, including assist any other person to do, or 16 otherwise contribute in any way to any of the following:
17 a. Make any copies of the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS 18 Database, including any specific Listing Content included in the MLS Database;
19 b. Download, distribute, export, or transmit the MLS Database, or any 20 portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database, to 21 any computer or other electronic device, or otherwise transmit electronically, or otherwise, the 22 MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in 23 the MLS Database; or
24 c. Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, 25 including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.
