Common use of Copies and Lists Clause in Contracts

Copies and Lists. Unless a representation and warranty made by or about Kensington-Iowa in this Agreement is solely with respect to the existence or non-existence of a document or other item, the mere listing or inclusion of a copy of the document or other item shall not be adequate to disclose (a) a permitted exception to a representation or warranty if an additional description of facts and circumstances is reasonably necessary to enable Karrington to understand the exception or (b) an exception to a representation or warranty which is not permitted. 6.3
