Common use of Copies of Design Documentation Clause in Contracts

Copies of Design Documentation. For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b) and 6.3, the Contractor must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars of Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Particulars.

Copies of Design Documentation. For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b) and 6.3, the Contractor Consultant must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator Contractor's Representative the number of copies specified in the Contract Subcontract Particulars of Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Subcontract Particulars.

For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b6.2(c) and 6.3, the Contractor must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars of Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Particulars.

For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b6.2(e) and 6.3, the Contractor Consultant must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars of Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Particulars.

For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b5.2(e) and 6.35.3, the Contractor Consultant must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars of any Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in each case in accordance with the requirements specified set out in the Contract Particulars.

For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b6.2(d) and 6.3, the Contractor Consultant must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars of Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Particulars.

For the purposes of clauses 6.2(b) clause 6.2 and 6.3, the Contractor must submit or resubmit to the Contract Administrator Principal's Representative, the number of copies specified in the Contract Particulars Key Details of any Design Documentation in: hard copy; and electronic copy, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract ParticularsDocumentation.
