Lessor authorizes Lessee to enforce all Record Agreements and any Other Recorded Documents on Lessor’s or Lessee’s behalf, and Lessor shall reasonably cooperate and furnish any pertinent information needed toward Lessee’s enforcement of same, at no cost or expense to Lessor other than any de minimus cost or expense.
