Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company, its agents, affiliates, employees, representatives, and associates shall not engage in any Prohibited Use of Bulk Form copies or Recorded Documents obtained from Bulk Form copies.
Company desires to obtain Recorded Documents in Bulk Form from the County Recorder for uses permitted under, and subject to, I.C. § 36-2-7-10.1 and this Agreement.
