Common use of Copies of Policies Clause in Contracts

Copies of Policies. The Municipality shall produce, and require its Prime Contractor, any subcontractor, Inspection Consultant, Consulting Engineer, or any subconsultant, as applicable, to produce, within five (5) business days, a copy or copies of all applicable insurance policies when requested by the DOT. In providing said policies, the Municipality, Prime Contractor, subcontractor, Inspection Consultant, Consulting Engineer, or subconsultant, as applicable may redact provisions of the policy that are proprietary. This provision shall survive the suspension, expiration or termination of the PAL and the Master Agreement. The Municipality agrees to notify the DOT with at least thirty days prior notice of any cancellation or change in the insurance coverage required under this Master Agreement.
