Chairperson of the Committee. An employer representative and a union representative shall alternate in presiding over meetings as joint chairpersons.

It is the purpose of this committee to discuss the job descriptions to ensure that each employee has an accurate job description, and to act as a channel for making orderly changes to job descriptions. Except in unusual circumstances, this discussion must take place before the posting of a new or changed position.
