Copies of Software Products. Upon termination of a Customer Agreement, you will rise all commercially reasonable efforts to: (1) remove all copies of Client Software and/or Redistribution Software from the Customer's Devices or otherwise render such software permanently unusable; and (2) ensure that the Customer returns or destroys all copies of Client Software and/or Redistribution Software in its possession.
