COPY OF INSURANCE POLICY. Promptly after the occurrence of a partial loss or Total Loss of the Aircraft or an Engine, at the request of LESSOR (and then only in the event reasonably required by LESSOR in connection with insurance policies pursuant to which coverage is sought) LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a copy of the relevant portions of LESSEE's insurance policy. LESSEE's insurance policy will be confidential between LESSOR and LESSEE and will not be disclosed by LESSOR to third parties other than LESSOR's professional advisors and except as necessary in respect of proceedings relating to such insurance claim.
