Copying Facilities. 21.3.1 DCPS shall provide Teachers with access, throughout the workday, at each school with an appropriate and functioning copying machine.
Copying Facilities. There are several copiers and basic office supplies located in the Copy Center Workroom near the Business Office. The Workroom can be unlocked by scanning your college ID on the lock, and adjunct faculty may use the copiers themselves. If you have any questions about the machines or notice that a machine is not working properly, please contact the staff in the Business Office. A scantron machine (used to scan special forms instructors may use for multiple choice tests) with scantron sheets is located in the Teaching & Learning Center (room 113). The door may be locked at times but a Security Officer at the Information Desk can open the door at your request if scanning your college ID does not permit access.
Copying Facilities. Copying machines and computers in each school, which are the property of the Board of Education, shall be made available for the use of the teachers in preparing instructional materials.
