Ownership of the Data. As between CHDI and the Recipient, CHDI retains ownership of the Data.
Ownership of the Data. 2.1 The ownership of all of the data, records, vouchers and other original data obtained and/or acquired by the Contractor in the implementation of the Contract shall vest in CUCBM.

It is understood that the Contractor shall treat this data and information confidentially in accordance with Article 21 of this Contract.
