Common use of Corporate Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Corporate Resolutions. Seller shall deliver to Purchaser certified copies of the resolutions of its Board of Directors and certified copies of the resolutions of its stockholder(s) authorizing the transactions contemplated herein.

Corporate Resolutions.
