Common use of Corporate Structure Clause in Contracts

Corporate Structure. The corporate, capital and ownership structure of the Borrower and the other Credit Parties shall be as described in Schedule 3.12. The Administrative Agent shall be satisfied with the management structure, legal structure, voting control, liquidity, total leverage and total capitalization of the Borrower and the other Credit Parties as of the Closing Date.

Corporate Structure. The corporate, corporate capital and ownership structure of the Borrower and its subsidiaries (after giving effect to the other Credit Parties Acquisition) shall be as described in Schedule 3.12. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall be satisfied with the management structure, legal structure, voting control, liquidity, total leverage and total capitalization of the Borrower and the other Credit Parties as of the Closing Date.
