Corporation Executive Committee. The Corporation will have an Executive Committee of 15 members of the Corporation Board. The members of the Executive Committee will include the State Superintendent, or his or her designated representative from within the Department serving as a member of the Corporation Board, and 14 members of the Corporation Board appointed by the Governor. The members of the Executive Committee appointed by the Governor must include at least one of the members of the Corporation Board appointed by a Participant.
