Common use of Corporation Information Clause in Contracts

Corporation Information. The Corporation will supply to Director, at the Corporation’s expense: 3.1 Periodic briefings on the business and operations of the Corporation; 3.2 “Director packages” (which will include but will not be limited to, for example, meeting agendas and Corporation reports) for each Board and Committee meeting, at a reasonable time before each meeting; 3.3 Copies of minutes of all Stockholders’, Directors’ and Committee meetings; 3.4 Any other materials that are required under the Charter and Bylaws or the charter of any Committee on which the Director serves; and 3.5 Any other materials that may, in the reasonable judgment of Corporation, be necessary for performing the Services.
