Correction of Past Payments. All prior payments may be corrected and adjusted in any subsequent payment and shall be corrected and adjusted in the final payment. In the event that any invoice contains a defect or impropriety which would prevent payment by the date a payment is due, the Owner shall notify the DB in writing of such defect or impropriety. Any disputed amounts determined by the Owner to be payable to the DB shall be due thirty (30) calendar days from the date the dispute is resolved.
