Corrections Early Retirement Plan Incentive Options. Any nurses who are appointed to a classification covered by the Correctional Employees Retirement Plan (M.S. §§352.91 and 352.911) shall be eligible to retire under one of the following programs:

Early Retirement Incentive The College may offer to a faculty member or a faculty member may request a choice of one of the early retirement incentive alternatives described herein, provided the faculty member meets the following criteria.
