Post-Fifty Five Corrections Early Retirement Plan Incentive. Any nurse who attains the age of fifty-five (55) after the effective date and before the expiration date of the contract and who is appointed to a classification covered by the Correctional Employees Retirement Plan (M.S. §§352.91 and 352.911) may opt during the pay period of his/her fifty-fifth (55th) birthday or any time thereafter until the nurse attains the age of sixty-five (65) to participate in the Post-Fifty-Five Corrections Early Retirement Plan Incentive in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 3C3b or 3C3c below.

  • Early Retirement Incentive The College may offer to a faculty member or a faculty member may request a choice of one of the early retirement incentive alternatives described herein, provided the faculty member meets the following criteria. The Association shall be advised in writing of any offer of early retirement made to a faculty member.

  • Deferred Compensation Program ‌ Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time. The County shall not charge an administrative fee to participating employees.

  • Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.
