Corrective Maintenance. The corrective maintenance activities will be aimed at avoiding repeat failures. Discussion meetings will be held to review failures which caused major repairs or shutdowns. Facility staff will review the conditions preceding the failure and, if possible, determine the exact cause, and make findings available to maintenance and operating personnel.
