Common use of Correspondence Clause in Contracts

Correspondence. All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Employer and the President of the Union. A copy of any correspondence between the Employer, or her/his designate, and any Employee in the bargaining unit, pertaining to the interpretation or application of any part of this Agreement shall be forwarded to the President of the Union or the local executive.
