Corrupt Practice. 1. SNDB requires that Bidders / Suppliers / Contractors, observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contract and refrain from undertaking or participating in any corrupt or fraudulent practices. [SPPRA Rule 2 (q – iii, iv)] 2. SNDB will reject a proposal for award, if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award was engaged in any corrupt or has been blacklisted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010(Amended 2017), in competing for the contract in question. 3. Any false information or misstatement on the part of the vendor will lead to disqualification/ blacklisting/ legal proceeding regardless of the price or quality of the product.
