Cost and Time Modifications. The Cost of the Work as defined in the Guaranteed Maximum Price (Exhibit C) and Contract Time shall be adjusted for verified increases in the cost and time caused by suspension, delay or interruption as described in Article 12.3.1 of this Exhibit A.
