MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. The amount of Distribution Services the Project delivers will be measured for all purposes under this Agreement based on the Project’s technology using the methodologies and parameters set forth in Appendix X.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Recipient shall allow independent third-party verification of Project completion and energy savings under terms as may be established by the Trust. Recipient shall work in good faith with the Trust to develop a measurement and verification plan designed to assess the efficiency measures, reduction in greenhouse gas production, and reduction in consumption of electricity achieved by the Project. Recipient shall conduct and cooperate in such auditing and reporting as may be necessary to assess performance of the Project and to provide information as may be necessary or useful for the Program.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. The Project shall be required to undergo ninety (90) days of Measurement and Verification to verify that the Project is operating as intended. Measurement and Verification shall begin when the Project has entered Commercial Operation. Contractor shall provide NYSERDA’s quality assurance contractor with Performance Data through an automated data transfer prior to the quality assurance inspection. Certain Performance Data will be displayed on NYSERDA’s Distributed Energy Resources Integrated Data System Website, as detailed in the Bulk Energy Storage Incentive Program Manual.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Recipient shall allow independent third-party verification of Project performance and utilization under terms as may be established by the Trust. Recipient shall work in good faith with the Trust to develop a measurement and verification plan designed to assess the efficacy of the Project. Recipient shall conduct and cooperate in such auditing and reporting as may be necessary to assess performance of the Project and to provide information as may be necessary or useful for the Program.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. VI.1 The Project Sponsor shall input or upload all project details and documentation to the Xcel Energy online tracking system in order to measure and verify the Demand Savings and Energy Savings that result from the Measures installed as a part of the Project as set forth in the Measurement and Verification Plan found in the Final Application, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Measurement Actual interval metering data (not estimated metering data or substituted metering data) will be used to determine the quantity of reserve activated by the reserve equipment. The Reserve Provider must provide to AEMO a list of NMI’s and datastreams used to provide reserve in response to a dispatch instruction within 2 business days after dispatch. The NMI’s and datastreams provided in the list by the Reserve Provider must only be NMI’s and datastreams that were notified to AEMO by the Reserve Provider prior to the NMI Notification Date. Any relevant metering installation must be installed by a Metering Provider, and data collected by an AEMO accredited Metering Data Provider (category MDP 1-4 or, in respect of Vic AMI meters, such category accredited by AEMO entitled to collect data for Vic AMI meters). The maximum level at which the reserve is taken to have been activated will be the level specified in the relevant activation instruction. Verification AEMO’s market systems and energy management systems will be used to verify the quantity of reserve activated in accordance with a reserve contract. If AEMO requests further information relating to the measurement and determination of the activated reserve, the Reserve Provider must provide that information to AEMO within 2 business days of AEMO’s request. The Reserve Provider will not be entitled to be paid the usage charge in relation to reserve provided by a NMI that is also included as a NMI in a list by another reserve provider. AEMO will notify the Reserve Provider of any NMI included in a list provided by the Reserve Provider which is included in a list by another reserve provider. The Reserve Provider will only be entitled to be paid a usage charge in relation to reserve provided by NMIs that were notified to AEMO by the Reserve Provider prior to the NMI Notification Date.

MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. 6.1 For multifamily residential projects, the Market Actor may choose either the Deemed Savings or Measured Savings method of measurement and verification as set forth in the SOP Manual. HTR and single-family residential projects must use deemed savings. If the Market Actor intends to utilize the measured savings either as an alternative, or in addition to the deemed savings option, then a detailed M&V plan must be provided. In these cases the monitoring and measurement of the Energy Savings and Peak Demand Savings that result from the Measures installed as a part of the Project shall be as set forth in the Measurement and Verification Plan which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. The measurement and verification activities shall be performed by the Market Actor.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Measurement and verification of the ICAP Credit Amount will be conducted in accordance with the Measurement and Verification Plan. Customer base-line consumption and load reductions will be verified through the applicable measurement and verification provisions in the Measurement and Verification Plan.
MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. M&V protocols for each project will be established and agreed upon in an M&V plan or as provided in applicable program rules. M&V must be completed by the Company or an independent third party that has no current or prior relationship with Applicant (or, if different, Customer). For permanent demand reduction, at minimum, an M&V plan, pre-M&V report (documenting baseline conditions), and post-M&V report (reflecting the load reductions achieved following measure implementation) will be included with the Agreement package, for review and approval by Con Edison.
