Cost-based WROs. EN shall invoice against variable cost WROs, if any, and shall include an itemization of EN’s actual costs, including in-directs, overheads, and profit as authorized in Exhibit C. EN shall state in the invoice the percentage of each task that has been completed at the end of the billing period.
