Cost Effective Claims Processing. The Settlement Administrator shall, under the supervision of the Court, administer the relief provided by this Agreement by processing Claim Forms in a rational, responsive, cost effective, and timely manner, and calculate Settlement Payments in accordance with this Agreement.
