Submission of Electronic and Hard Copy Claims. Class Members may submit electronically verified Claim Forms to the Settlement Administrator through the Settlement Website or may download Claim Forms to be filled out, signed, and submitted physically by mail to the Settlement Administrator. Claim Forms must be submitted electronically or postmarked during the Claims Period and on or before the Claims Deadline. The Settlement Administrator shall reject any Claim Forms that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not timely received and will provide Claimants notice and the ability to cure defective claims, unless otherwise noted in this Agreement.

Paysafe shall not be entitled to access information regarding which Participating Settlement Class Members submitted a Claim Form or otherwise participated in the Settlement, except that Paysafe’s Counsel may obtain this information on a showing of good cause, including but not limited to any disputes arising out of the claims process.

  • Cancellation of electronic bill notification The electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time.   • Paper Copies of electronic bills If you start receiving electronic bills from a Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx may stop sending you paper or other statements. The ability to receive a paper copy of your statement(s) is at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxx. Check with the individual Xxxxxx regarding your ability to obtain paper copies of electronic bills on a regular or as-requested basis.

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.
