Cost of Materials and Equipment Incorporated into the Completed Construction. a) Costs, including transportation and storage, of materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in the completed construction. b) Costs of materials described in Section 5.2.2.3 (a) above, in excess of those actually installed but required to provide reasonable allowance for waste and for spoilage. Unused excess materials, if any, shall be handed over to Owner at the completion of the Work.
