Payment for Pre-Construction Services. Owner agrees to pay Construction Manager, and Construction Manager shall accept as complete payment for performance of Pre-Construction Services, Dollars ($ ), payable in one final invoice upon delivery of conforming GMP proposal and execution of the GMP Amendment for the entire Work. Construction Manager’s invoice for Pre-Construction Services shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner and be accompanied by such other information, documentation, and materials as Owner may reasonably require. The final invoice shall not be submitted until the GMP Amendment is executed for the entire Work.
