COST OF OPERATING AND MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY. The cost of maintaining, operating, and replacing any and all property and equipment, real or personal, furnished by the parties hereto for fire protection purposes, shall be borne by the party owning or furnishing such property or equipment unless otherwise provided for herein or by separate written agreement.
