Common use of Cost of Response Preparation & Independent Preparation Clause in Contracts

Cost of Response Preparation & Independent Preparation. The costs related to the development and submission of a response to this ITB is the full responsibility of the bidder and is not chargeable to the Department. A Bidder shall not, directly or indirectly, collude, consult, communicate or agree with any other Vendor or Bidder as to any matter related to the response each is submitting. Additionally, a Bidder shall not induce any other Bidder to modify, withdraw, submit or not submit a response.
