Out of Title Work Employees who are temporarily required to perform duties of a higher pay grade or classification shall be compensated at a rate relative to his or her current status and in line with the higher grade classification. Requests for temporary classifications must be submitted to the Human Resources office for approval. Assignments must be for a minimum of ten (10) days with pay retroactive to the first day upon reaching the tenth (10th) day in the temporary assignment.
Cost of the Work The sum of all allowable costs necessarily incurred and paid by Contractor in the proper performance of the Work.
Volume of TIPS Sales Nothing in this Agreement or any TIPS communication may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any TIPS orders to Vendor at any time.
Cost of Living cost of living will remain inop- erative for the life of this agreement. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to a cost-of-living allowance based on the following: The amount of cost-of-living allowance shall be determined and redetermined as provided below on the basis of the All Canada Consumer Price Index published by Statistics Canada (1971 = and referred to herein as the "Index". Cost of Tendering 8.1 The Tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Tender, and the Procuring Entity shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the Tendering process.

Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.
