Common use of COST OVERSIGHT Clause in Contracts

COST OVERSIGHT. Monitor and review activities and procedures of the Company and its agents identified in Section 1.3. above, in order to identify and seek to obtain possible service improvements and cost reductions. In connection therewith, the Administrator shall, on a quarterly basis, prepare and submit to the Company a pro forma budget or similar document concerning the estimated costs of providing the services to the Company and shall monitor and periodically report to the Company's Board of Directors information and analysis about the actual expenses incurred in providing such services.
