Common use of COST PRINCIPLES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

COST PRINCIPLES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS. A. The A-E agrees that 48 CFR Part 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, shall be used to determine the allowability of individual terms of cost. B. The A-E also agrees to comply with Federal procedures in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. C. Any costs for which payment has been made to the A-E that are determined by subsequent audit to be unallowable under 48 CFR Part 31 or 2 CFR Part 200 are subject to repayment by the A-E to COUNTY. D. When a A-E or Subcontractor is a Non-Profit Organization or an Institution of Higher Education, the Cost Principles for Title 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards shall apply.
