COST RECORDS. In instances when a lump sum or unit price is not determined prior to the Owner’s authorization to the Contractor to perform change order work, the Designer and CM shall request from the Contractor records of the cost of payroll, materials and equipment and the amount of payments to each subcontractor incurred by the Contractor in performing the Work.
