Common use of Cost Share Reporting Clause in Contracts

Cost Share Reporting. Every reimbursement request submitted by the Prime Recipient must show the Federal share and the non-Federal cost share contribution for the invoice period, and the method by which the Prime Recipient calculated the total Federal share and non-Federal cost share. Upon request by ARPA-E, the Prime Recipient is required to provide ARPA-E with additional supporting documentation to verify the Prime Recipient’s compliance with its cost sharing obligations.
