Common use of Cost Sharing Arrangement Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Cost Sharing Arrangement Adjustment. If a Research Project Award is performed under budget or the Research Project Awardee does not expect to contribute its specified share, the Government will review the share ratio to determine whether the Government’s share is still equitable or whether the Government’s share should be reduced based upon the revised circumstances. Costs will be evaluated based upon the terms and conditions contained in the Research Project Award.
