Cost Sharing. A. The COUNTY shall ensure that any cost sharing imposed on beneficiaries is in accordance with 42 Code of Federal Regulations part 447.50 through 447.82. (42 C.F.R. § 438.108.) B. The COUNTY shall exempt from all cost sharing any Indian who is currently receiving or has ever received an item or service furnished by an IHCP or through referral. (42 C.F.R. § 447.56(a)(1)(x).)
