Common use of Costs and Attorney Fees Clause in Contracts

Costs and Attorney Fees. If any judicial proceedings may hereafter be brought related to this Agreement, the Town, if the prevailing party, shall be entitled to recover the costs of such proceedings, including reasonable attorney's fees and reasonable expert witness fees.
