Common use of Costs, Expenses and Fees Clause in Contracts

Costs, Expenses and Fees. The Borrower shall have paid any and all out-of-pocket costs (to the extent invoiced) incurred by the Agent or the Arranger (including the reasonable fees and expense of the Agent’s legal counsel) and fees and other amounts payable to the Agent or the Arranger, in each case in connection with the arrangement, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Agreement.
