Costs for After Hours Inspections. If the Contractor elects to perform Work outside the Inspector’s regular working hours, costs of any inspections required outside regular working hours shall be invoiced to the Contractor by the Owner and a Deductive Change Order from the next Progress Payment as a Deductive Change Order.
