Costs Of Contracts Not Awarded In Compliance With This Section May Be Deemed Ineligible. If Ontario determines that the Recipient has awarded a Contract in a manner that is not in compliance with this section 10 of the Agreement, Ontario may, upon written notification to the Recipient, deem the costs associated with the Contract as being ineligible for payment from the Funds.
