Provision Of Funds Dependent Upon Ontario Meeting Its Duty To Consult Obligations. The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that the provision of any Funds under this Agreement is strictly conditional upon Ontario satisfying any obligation it may have to consult with and, if required, accommodate any Aboriginal Group with an interest in any Project in which Funds are directed in order for the Project to proceed.
