Costs Of Contracts Not Awarded In Compliance With This Section May Be Deemed Ineligible. If UCPR determines that the Municipality has awarded a Contract in a manner that is not in compliance with this section 10 of the Agreement, UCPR may, upon written notification to the Municipality, deem the costs associated with the Contract as being ineligible for payment from the Funds.
