Common use of Costs of Settlement Administration Clause in Contracts

Costs of Settlement Administration. All expenses incurred in administering this Settlement Agreement, including, without limitation, the cost of the Postcard Notice, Settlement Website, and toll-free telephone line, the cost of distributing and administering the benefits of the Settlement Agreement, and the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees shall be paid to the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund, subject to the approval of the Court.

Costs of Settlement Administration. All expenses incurred in administering this Settlement Agreement, including, without limitation, the cost of the Postcard Class Notice, Settlement Websitesettlement website, and toll-free telephone line800 number, the cost of distributing and administering the benefits of the Settlement Agreement, and the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees fees, shall be paid to the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund, subject to the approval of the Court.

Costs of Settlement Administration.
