Costs of transfers. Costs of the transfers are borne in the following way: – costs of dispatch charged by the bank of the Commission shall be borne by the Commission; – costs of receipt charged by the bank of a beneficiary shall be borne by the beneficiary; – all costs of repeated transfers caused by one of the parties shall be borne by the party who caused repetition of the transfer.
