Costs Recoverable from Contractors and Third Parties. Where the Private Party is entitled under any Construction Contract or any contract for Operations, Management and Maintenance to recover costs which have been or are reasonably expected to be incurred by SANParks in connection with the Project, the Private Party shall enforce its rights to recover such costs and shall pay any amounts so recovered promptly to SANParks.
